Shipping and Product Policies

Shipping
PacMin models are custom made in small quantities. We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment, if we have the item(s) in stock. Out of stock items are shipped within 6 weeks.

Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
Shipping and handling fees for models shipped within the continental United States apply. Models shipped within the state of California are subject to state tax.

International Shipments
For shipments outside the continental United States, please submit your order. You will be notified of the sales total, including shipping, within 2 business days.

Warranty
Please inspect model(s) upon receipt of order. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt of model(s).

All damages must be reported to PacMin within 2 weeks of receipt of goods.

PacMin warrants its products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from shipment of order.

Please email our Customer Service Department at: Websales@pacmin.com for return authorization. The model must be returned, properly repacked in its original foam pack. (Pacific Miniatures is not responsible for damage caused as a result of poor repacking).

PacMin is not responsible for damage caused in shipment to a secondary address (address other than that indicated as shipping address on order form). Damage due to secondary shipments should be reported directly to the shipping carrier. PacMin's Customer Service Department is available to estimate repair costs.

If you are not satisfied with your model, please contact our Customer Service Department.
